I ate this last night after dinner. So good.

1 sugar free jello pudding chocolate or any flavor you want (60 cals)
4 TBSP fat free reddi whip (10 cals)
1 full low fat honey graham cracker sheet (70 cals)

I crumbled half of the cracker sheet on the bottom of a bowl. emptied the pudding cup in the bowl then crumbled the other half of the cookie sheet on top and sprayed my reddi whip on top........it was so good :) enjoy

140 cals total. Pretty good to end your day with a sweet treat ... I have to every day to keep me from going insane :devil: :love: :love:
