Low Calorie Smores
I ate this last night after dinner. So good.
1 sugar free jello pudding chocolate or any flavor you want (60 cals)
4 TBSP fat free reddi whip (10 cals)
1 full low fat honey graham cracker sheet (70 cals)
I crumbled half of the cracker sheet on the bottom of a bowl. emptied the pudding cup in the bowl then crumbled the other half of the cookie sheet on top and sprayed my reddi whip on top........it was so good enjoy
140 cals total. Pretty good to end your day with a sweet treat ... I have to every day to keep me from going insane :devil:
