Keto lifter for 4 weeks now. Down 11lbs and strength gains are up. I recommend a slow cut to 40 grams or less of carbs. Keep the protein high and fat high. Check out Ketogains for help.

I'm gonna have to agree. Sounds like you are over-training. I'm kinda in the same boat. I want to start cutting but don't want to loose muscle mass. I'm just now getting somewhere on my bench and got my leg press up to an acceptable range. I lift 4 times a week and actually have started doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week and…

JUST SAY NO! LOL Okay I haven't had a soda since Saturday. I discovered I no longer liked them after going 3 weeks without one. SO, there is hope. Think of it this way, it's empty calories. Would you rather drink those calories or eat something tasty? Good luck!

HOWDY! I just started seriously lifting in February of this year. I LOVE to lift heavy! I'm a bit shy about my stats. A lot of times I lift alone and use machines or free weights because my female gym friends can't properly spot the weight I'm lifting. So, please no laughing. LOL Leg Press Max 1 rep 590lbs Super Squats Max…

I totally avoid the body fat hand held devices. They are not accurate. I was told the only true way to measure is the water tank floating test. I'm not about to pay for it so I guess I'll be happy not knowing my body fat. =)
