I have lost 50lbs on low carb. I keep my carbs to under 50 and calories around 1200-1400. I am diabetic also, so this works perfect for me.

I altered a lot of my tops but the pants are not really worth the money to remake them. I buy cheap bottoms at walmart or kohls for now, until I reach my goal weight.

breakfast 10 lunch 15 dinner 15 I do between 20-40 carbs a day, Eat between 1200-1400 calories. My numbers never go over 120 and run mostly in the 90's all day. I do take metformin 500mg at night. My a1c is in the low 5's.

I try to have a large salad every day and that seems to do the trick plus lots of water. Also magnesium tablets help to.

I am also doing 1200 calories but my numbers are 30 carb, 93 fat and 60 p. You could be eating too much protein that will keep you from losing. I would add more fat and cut back on the protein. Also some people do not lose if they are eating a lot of dairy or nuts. It is different for everyone. I am diabetic so I keep my…
