Does anyone have any wheat and sugar-free recipes to share? Or natural substitutions that really work?

Thank you, but I try to avoid artificial sweeteners as much as possible. I know fruit juices and stuff like apple sauce can be used as a sweetener. Also, it is refined cane sugar that I am trying to avoid, so honey and maple sugar will still give me a touch of sweet without having to go to artificial.0
