I was told that you are supposed to eat them because if you're following the MFP calorie guidelines they already put you at a deficit. But it's up to you.

Bring Sally Up is definitely a Push up song. (We do it in boot camp. Do a push up every time they say UP)

Maybe you should switch up what you're doing at the gym. I started getting motivated to go when I liked what I was doing. (Different classes, routines..etc.)

Personally, I need to actually go to the gym to motivate myself to work harder. Not everyone needs that motivation. You need to know what works for you.

Could be any number of reasons. I do know an allergy to it can make you nauseous. But it could have just been a bad batch of fish.

If he/she aren't force feeding you, then you eat what you want out of the portion you are given.

Too much sodium in your body can cause health related issues. So it is an important number to pay attention to long term. I've done a Super Spartan and am doing a Spartan Sprint in the Carolinas in March. 6 months is definitely enough time to train and get yourself ready. You will not only need endurance but strength. Don't let the naysayers deter you. Show them they are wrong. :)

Thanks, I can't find the majority of the things we do listed in the database so I will probably have to invest in a heart rate monitor.
