Song Game Workout

Hey Guys,

Thinking of trying something new and I need your help

I want to do 1 exercise for the length of a song,.

so far I have:

Squats to Drop it likes it hot (Snoop Dog)
Burpee to Go Go Go (Sumo Cyco)
push up to ?
lunge to ?
crunch to ?
Calf Raise to ?
jumping jacks to ?

any ideas for songs ?

    Bring Sally Up is definitely a Push up song. (We do it in boot camp. Do a push up every time they say UP)

    Push It by Salt n Pepa for the pushups

    Jumping Jack Flash by the Rolling Stones for jumpking jacks

    I got Lunges, calf raises and crunches left
  • I think it is enjoyable and fruitful to maintain the body. The song game workout is really good for health and gives you fun. I think i should also to start this. Thank you. you have a nice tips here.
