I made some whipped body butter from tallow, EVOO, and lavender essential oil. My skin, which has always been dry, drinks it up. I must admit, though, that I go a bit overboard when I apply it, but my skin and I just like the stuff so much.

I am 1.64 cm and weigh 75 kg. My goal is to weigh 60 kg. 55 kg would be awesome, of course ;) There's no such thing as "big boned". I''ve been skinny and fat. My wrists are noticeably tiny when I lean out.

Perhaps try increasing the calories for a bit. 1200 is crazy low.

I was at the gym earlier. I squatted 40 kg for 3 sets x 5 and 2 x 5 sets with 35 kg. I benched 25 kg for 3 x 5 sets and 2 x 5 sets with 20 kg. I did 5 x 5 sets of 25 kg barbell rows. I weigh 75 kg and am 1.64 m tall.

I third the microweights idea. I am also stuck on 20 kg for BBR, OHP and bench. But I can squat 40 kg and Deadlift 50 kg!

I can do a farmer's walk with a 25 kilogram plate in each hand.

Squats: 2 x 30 kg; 3 x 25 kg Deadlift: 1 x 28 kg Overhead press: 2 x 17 kg; 3 x 15 kg Bench press: 3 x 16 kg; 2 x 19 kg Barbell rows: I can't remember... It's probably still under 20 kg. For now.

I think I will try to get 6 hours of shut eye from next year. I can still get away with much more than that for now.

The Olympic bar is STILL too heavy for me. I can manage a 19 kilogram barbell, but the 20 kilogram bar is, for now, a tad too heavy. Don't feel bad or inferior. You will work your way up.

Why bother with 7545642 different 'core exercises' when farmer's walk and squats can give you the same results? Not to mention they're easy on the lower back?

I am trying to do 5 x 5 on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I threw a spinning class in the mix on Monday. So my body was really complaining yesterday. I came home yesterday, ate a little something, and went to bed at around 9:30pm. I woke up at about 6:30am feeling GREAT! If only I can sleep that much every day.

Do you find the weights you use heavy? If so, then you are heavy lifting.

I want in. Please. I started lifting last week, I think. I also upped my calories from about 1500/1600 to 1800/1900. I might up it further still because I am hungry ALL THE TIME.
