If you use your phone as an alarm try changing the tones to something that makes you want to get up (either irritating.. or motivational) Set more than 1 alarm Put your alarm far away from you forcing you to get up and move rather than just roll over & shut it off. You cant spot reduce fat .. if there are certain areas you want to change then you need to exercise them with weight training. besides whats wrong with a big butt? lol

This. Shakes are not necessary if you are eating protein from other sources. (meat.eggs.etc.) Also its not ment to give you 'energy' per-say ... Protein helps build&restore muscle. If you want energy either have a good meal a few hrs or hr before working out or take some pre-workout.
