I think this is absolutely ridiculous. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these bracelets and I commend this young lady for standing up for her rights!!

I've always been told to weigh first thing in the morning after you use the restroom so that your food has digested and you aren't holding water weight. Not sure how accurate that is though...

In my experience on here so far, the walking calories have always been way lower for walking then they should be. But I just thought it was because I'm so out of shape my heart works harder then most peoples, lol.

I burn over 400 for every 40 minutes that I walk at 3.8 mph/avg, but that is with some jogging in between... So it's not too far off to think that you can burn that much... and HRM's are ALWAYS the more accurate way to go because it actually monitors YOUR heart rate and isn't just some standardized crap.

I'm trying to lose mine and be healthy before I have another baby so that my body will be healthier for the baby. :)

Don't eat your exercise calories... as long as you eat at least 1200 calories a day your body won't think it's starving. Why exercise just to eat all those burnt calories back?!?

The most reliable thing you can do is buy a Heart Rate Monitor. Good Luck :)

I am certain everyone's responses confused you more, so I'm going to simplify it. If you are staying below your calorie limit, and exercising, then you are on the right path. Just don't starve yourself!!
