I understood what you were saying. :-) I really enjoy Body Pump but I do believe stronglifts is my next route to get the results I want to see in my body. By the way I found your profile very inspiring. Maybe once I start to see some improvement I might fill mine out.:-)

I am currently doing P90X again and only do the program. It is enough!

I have done both workouts. Just finished 30 Day Shred at the end of February and started P90X again this week. Both are great workouts. 30DS is a very intense short workout. My endurance and stamina have definitely improved. Did not see the scale move much but saw definite results. P90X is so much easier to get through now…

DONE!! Just finished my 10th day of Level 3! Totally done with the 30 Day Shred! It feels so good to have finished it. I have never worked out for so many days in a row! I feel like my endurance has been strengthen. I even wouldn't mind doing a little running now. I measure tomorrow. I am really hoping the scale moved but…

Lol...I so agree with you about Level 2! I was so relieved on Day 10 of it! Level 3 not so bad! I will need a break from this when I finish on Tuesday. I think I might start up P90X again just because I need something I can do at home. P90X is hard but seems a whole lot easier after getting through Level 2! :-)

I made through all 10 days of Level 2! And it was HARD every single day! About to go start level 3 right now...hoping it goes well! :-)
