Hi there...
My name is Valencia, and I am a mom of 3 boys, 2,4, &6. I have always been a pretty fit person, but after these kids, my belly fat just want to stick around and set up camp. Everything I eat, feels like its showing. I need help figuring out the best foods to eat, and workouts I can do to get rid of this belly, so I can be fit again.
Thanks in advance!
Btw.... you can add me, share recipes, share workouts, and anything else you think will help.

Hi Valencia! I have to say that my belly, among other areas is what I am working on. So no success story from me. But I have heard that getting rid of the belly fat is a battle won in the kitchen. You could check out superherofitness with Keaira Lashae on Youtube. I have recently started doing some of her workouts. And her stomach is really motivating me.:-) She has an meal plan that I am not familiar with but something you might want to check out. I also think FitnessBlender on Youtube has a lot of workouts with some intense ab work in them. Hope this helps.:-)0

Getting rid of Belly Fat takes one thing....reduced overall BF%.
It is usually attainied by adding these 3 steps together.
Diet (moderate caloric deficit) + Work (Compound Heavy Lifting and Cardio) + Patience = Results.
You can get there with just Diet and Patience, but most are happier with their results when all 3 parts of the equation are involved.
You can't spot reduce. You can do all of the "intense ab work" the poster above suggested but if your body has fat on other parts of the body to use as fuel first, it will.0 -
Unfortunately, there is no way to spot-burn body fat. You just have to stick your plan to get lean enough for it to get reduced to a point where you are comfortable with it. Stick to your calorie goal that allows you to lose 1-2 lbs/week and have variety in your exercise routines. You'll get there. It just takes time and consistency.
