@ariceroni it is the vanilla and white one - love it but I don't have patience or time to make my food look fancy

So having purchasing my bento box months ago and being afraid to use it (I have this weird obsession where I buy beautiful things and then won't use them as I don't want to spoil them!) I have packed one today Eastern bean and ham salad with herb dressing Satsuma, meringue and natural yogurt - 331 calories

I know I need motivation please can people post photos. Thanks

If you have the info and the motivation it's easy to do it yourself. There are lots of support groups on FB sharing recipes etc. It's a lifestyle not a diet so if you stop you will put the weight back on but it has worked well for lots of people I know

Yoghurt and fresh fruit or my latest breakfast crave is pilchards on toast

Unfortunately I'm in the UK - thanks all for the inspiration

Just received my first bento box - any tips for a newbie who won't be able to do all those fancy shapes and animals but still would like a nice looking bento? Thanks in advance

I'm in - off in a few days for cycle tour of north coast 500 in Scotland 519 miles in 9 days so should be a good month

Thanks will try the computer then. I know what you mean my starting weight was from 2011 when I was slimmer than when I started again last year so agree it is depressing when you see 5lb loss when it's more a stone or more

- 5 mile walk with dogs - 30 minutes run on treadmill - Log everything - Drink more water
-
Just think to yourself: - does this persons opinion matter - Are they important to me - Do I need them in my life NO - don't grace them with a reply, they get off on upsetting me and getting a reaction, don't give it to them. You are worth more than this
-
Just for today: - walk dogs 5 miles - Log everything accurately - 30 minute run
-
Hoping to get back on this next week.

It could be that you are not eating enough! Otherwise maybe trying changing one of your activities for something different. I maintained the same weight for ages so adjusted some of my exercises - I still walk 5 miles but I tried walking at different speeds and the weight is on the move again. Don't give up it will happen x

Wow where to start: - was quite offended when someone said they could see I had lost weight in my neck! Until an old friend told me that I had a beautiful slim neck - Wondering why all my knicker elastic had gone but it hasn't they are all just too big - Being able to run/jog - Saying no to food because I really don't want…

I have been the same and found taking each day at a time helped. Planning the days meals and snacks and taking all my snacks with me to work looked like a lot but I knew I could eat them all and still be in goal. I then found that because I could, my desire to eat them reduced. If I wanted to eat anything else, I logged it…

I am 46 but loudly knocking on door 47. I have 3 children who have all left home (yeah) but are talking about moving back so I am trying to downsize quickly. After years of eating what I wanted without putting on weight I looked in the mirror and saw a very large stranger looking back at me so desperately trying to shift…

Hi everyone, I'm restarting again (again), have 2 stone to lose and using this alongside a Slimmimg World as I am hopeless at calorie counting. I have a Fitbit which has really motivated me to walk a lot more but also have a stressful sedentary job so very hard sometimes to pass on the sugary delights that are offered…

Hi I'm Jan and live in West Wales. I work in local government and live with my husband and 2 children (aged 18 and 20) and have another son who is 21 in the army. I registered with this site months ago but only started using it fully a couple of months ago. I was using Tesco diets but cannot justify paying the fees when I…

Good luck Katie, we can do it together

Hi After paying tesco diets lots of money for little results, I have found this program. I started a few days ago and could also need some encouragement, so happy to befriend and also looking for friends to help keep me on track. Thanks Jan
