In because I love everything that has been posted! Mine is more of a working out motto: "Push yourself. Dig deep." I used to love WWE (back when it was WWF!). I had a Chyna workout video and she said it and it stuck with me for whatever reason.

I'm in the minority on this. I weigh myself often... usually every day or every few days. While I do like seeing the number lower than the day before, I don't get down on myself if it's not. I understand fluctuations, water weight, etc. It's when I don't weigh myself that I get into trouble... if it's been too long I get…

After my first year of college, I was technically obese. I lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers, bringing me into the "normal" range, and I have kept that off since 2006. Since then I lost 20 more on my own. I have yoyo'ed with only the last 10, which are vanity pounds - I am well within the healthy weight range for my…

What does she say when you invite her to work out with you? I find that more often than not, even though he isn't trying to lose weight, my husband will exercise with me because it's something to do together. If you haven't yet, invite her to the gym/for walks/to throw around the football, etc... Whatever it might be, find…

5'3, and my goal weight right now is 124. I'll probably reevaluate when I get there though! I might go slightly lower depending on how I look/feel.

Weight gain is from eating more calories than you burn. You can eat carbs and lose weight.

I don't know why I assumed you meant breakfast - sorry for joking about it! This would be a good snack :)

Serves 4 what? Toddlers? Cats? Sounds tasty but I'd eat the whole thing. Probably with sliced banana on top.

I stick to netting 1200. If I burn 500 from working out, I am going to eat back that 500. I have done it both ways and did lose weight both ways. Honestly though, netting 1200 is more satisfying and more sustainable in the long run.

Not sure if these are considered "green" smoothies, but they are tasty and do contain greens. They are both meals rather than snacks for me, and generally come out to 320-350 calories. Warning: I am not afraid of carbs, and these smoothies are proof of that :) Pretty much every morning I have a blueberry & banana smoothie:…

Some smashed avocado, either plain or mixed with a couple drops of lemon juice, with cracked pepper on top. Not quite the same thing but it's delicious!
