I'm 5'5 and started TOPS also 2 weeks ago. We need to have s slip from our Doctor saying we are healthy and what we should strive for. I weighed in at 199.7 and my Doctor suggested starting with a 30lb weight loss. He said 30lbs is alot of weight. If I feel I need to loose more and the Doctor agrees I will get another slip…

OK I am going to try this. I will start off at 50 since I haven't exercised in a while. I have a gazelle that i will be using and using a pedometer for when walking. Will try to make the ticker thing. Not so good at this yet, back after several months leave ......LAZYYYYY

I started the Dukan Diet yesterday (06-27-2011). So far so good. I like my true weight because it is higher than a lot of other charts say I should be. The website that is mydukandiet.com is the european or british version and has some good recipes on it. I was in a funk and not losing any weight and still not exercising…
