Incorrect! (jk) Burn After Reading is the worst movie of all time. Or Batman and Robin or yea, the American...There's a pattern forming. Despite his good movies Clooney has a lot of movies that could make a "Worst of all-time" list.

Updated 1 1/2 months later Now 249 lb L-XL shirt 38 pants, 45" waist, 50" chest. For those who get discouraged when the scale stops moving then stop checking it. Especially when you are exercising, all sorts of changes are going on with your body. I lost 100 lbs with little exercise, during that I lost 3 men's pant size.…

I usually try to get my calories from 40%Protein-40%Carbs-20%Fat. MFP gives me a goal of 1600 but I'm really just aiming for 1200 cal with 120g protein, 120g carbs, 20-30g fat. If I feel like I'm in a stall I'll cut the carbs in 1/2 and add some more protein and fat for 3-4 days then go back to normal.

Went from 4XL shirts to an XL. 48 size pants (even those were the stretchy kind) and just bought a pair of size 38 jeans(1st time in 20yrs I could wear that).

For the 1st month it'll be pretty hard to get all the requirements, 64oz liquid, 60-70g protein. That's gonna be normal. Almost everyone here after surgery says they have a problem finishing the liquids and protein. Just keep pushing as much as you can to get towards the goals your doctor gave you. Since you are having…

My room looks like a 15 yr old lives there. Star Wars posters on the wall. SW, Batman, Dragon Ball Z figures on the book shelves, all SW on dvd AND Bluray, the entire Buffy tVS set on dvd, Firefly on dvd and Bluray, and 2 giant long boxes filled with comics.

Dating? I've heard about that vaguely. Hehe, I'm 37 and really the longest relationship I've been in was 1 month and that was in high school. Uggh. I am a card carrying, charter member, and founder of the inevitable Friendzone. I'm one of those "crazy" people who think I should be a friend with someone before jumping into…

I didn't. It was my dastardly evil twin!

Gotta love the rage on here just because someone asked if anyone had tried something and if it helped.

I've never found an unflavored protein that tasted even remotely drinkable. I just started drinking Cellucor's Peanut Butter Marshmallow (also have Cookies n Cream and Cake Batter, but haven't tried them yet). PBM is the best protein shake I've had in well, ever. Mixes completely, no lumpy goop. Tastes great and has about…

Sadly no. I must be doing something wrong.

According to my scale I'm having a stall for 3-4 weeks. Only lost 1 lb. In the mean time I've lost 2-3 inches in my waist and 2 inch in my chest. I went from XXL to an already loose XL shirt, while not "losing" weight. So don't worry about the scale. It's probably the worst (weigh) way to measure your progress. Just keep…

I've tried a lot of protein shakes. I just tried Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow. It was good mixed with water, but then mixed another shake with 10 oz of milk. OMG. It was better than dessert. Only 1 scoop per serving. Not thick gloop. No clumping or aftertaste. With the milk it has 35 gr of protein, which is almost…

Wow. Thank you for sending to me on a google search to find that. LOL. That made my day.

Just started to make Protein pancakes. Mixed up 2 scoops of EAS vanilla whey protein, 2 eggs, and a bit of cinnamon and Sweet n Low. Made about 3 decent size pancakes. The specs are 310 cal, 40g protein, 7g carbs, 12g fat. Plus whatever you want on it. Fruit, sugar free syrup, etc. Easy to eat but also fills me up more…

I had a sleeve exactly 6 months ago. Aug 21, 2013. -103 lbs so far. Best decision I've ever made. I only wish I would've done this 10-15 yrs ago.

I think both surgeries have their pros and cons. I had a sleeve almost 6 months ago. About 2 years ago my grandfather had an RNY. So I've kinda had to deal with both surgeries. The only bad thing that's happened to me from my surgery is acid reflux. Before that I never had any problem with acid reflux. Now it pops up every…
