i always binge on nuts! i've been getting better at it recently. i keep in mind how expensive they are and how i have to share it with my family

I respect anyone's diet and whatever works for them go for it!! But they way she brings everyone down and calls out Jenna marbles on her weight gain is horrible! It's not her business on what Jenna eats. She also shows off her body in every video like great we get it, you eat bananas all day good job. ugh she's so annoying

Okay thank you! i will add more fats. As for the water, I do drink a ton. but it is all cold water. this morning i drank warm water with lemon juice which did help so i will do that. for the veggies i do eat them mostly raw which i will try not to as much! Thanks again very helpful!!

i opened my dairy if you want to take a look. i use log at the end of the day so i put it all in one category sometimes, trying to stop counting :P

yes it is a gmo thing, and the soybean it's self isn't very tasty. i have kale almost everyday!! do you think i am not having enough water to balance with the fibre?

here's what you do: you cancel your subscription or whatever that is and eat whole healthy natural FILLING foods. exercise with cardio and weightlifting. this way you will lose weight and adopt a new sustainable life style and not those garbage drinks :)
