Though I have gain back about 10 pounds of the 35 pounds I lost I still consider myself a maintainer. My body with the weight I had dropped to and is much happier now. Also I have started lifting. I am still in the same size clothes. It is a lifestyle. Eat healthy, exercise, stay active.

I LOVE tea. I start out with black tea usually vanilla chai or peppermint and then switch to green usually chai or mint though I try all kinds of other flavors and then end the day with herbal generally mint or peppermint though again I like a variation. I am not big on the fruit flavors but don't mind one here and there.…

Right now I am dealing with what seems to be Plantar Facitis in my heal and top of foot pain which may be tendonitis. Do you think the stretches for the PF help the top of the foot problem or make it worse. When I pull my toes towards my knees the top of my foot hurts more.

Also when you come into my office to ask a question and after awhile I say I am busy go back to work it means I am done talking to you. Please leave and please stop…

I have discovered I am wearing the wrong shoes the hard way. I ended up messing up the top of my foot. Wish I lived near a city where I could get fitted. Thanks for the other good suggestions. Keep them coming.

I am going through some of the same struggles. I am "almost" 5'2" and 42 years old. After losing 40 pounds since a year ago April the lowest weight I saw was 109 where I had been for about 4 months. I went on vacation in June and went up to 114. Even with the last month of my normal exercise and and cutting back on my…

I have been in the same weight range of 110-115 for the past 7 months. Duirng that time my body fat has decreased. I am now ~21%. At 42 my pre-exercise TDD is 1450 so we are in the same boat. I increased my protein intake and increased my weight lifting. I am now expert but I think you can reduce your body fat without…
