    1. 30 Day Shred
    2. Biggest Loser for cardio
    3. Yoga that I DVR from tv, so it's not really a DVD

I've tried some others, but those are the only ones I really like.

I really like the Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Walk and Chalean Extreme, but I'm looking for some more great ones. Thanks in advance for the input!

I'm with ya. I've lost 11 lbs in a month just by eating my calorie goal and doing a couple miles of Leslie's 5- mile Walk.

I like turbofire (just started today) but it's hard to keep up with at first because they combine so many moves so quickly. I did enjoy it when I could keep in step.

I feel like I should duck on this one because I've seen NO ONE mention it on any of the fitness threads but I like Tae Bo. I find Billy motivating and I like all the punches and kicks. Turbofire is a bit more fun but I can keep in step better with Tae Bo.

The only other ones I've tried are Aerobic Strip tease... ehh it was ok and...

I did try a lesson of the 30 day shred. I like it but I'm not ready for it yet. She doesn't want you to take breaks and I'm literally so out of shape I can't keep going on lesson 1.

    2. First Place 4 Health Strength and Flexibility Workout

  • I don't have five, usually because I try to stick to outdoorsy excercising like hiking, biking, and walking, but I will share my number one favorite. I find 'Louise Solomon's Yoga/Pilates' to be GREAT. I haven't done it in a while, but it provides the meditation and soothing effect of yoga, plus the 'ball-buster' pilates transformation. A couple of years ago, I did not change my diet, but stuck to the program every day, and lost 30 pounds in 3 months! I felt great, and was more toned than ever. I plan to start that up again, and I encourage anyone on here to as well (:
    g'day!
