Saw this challenge yesterday so dug out my pedometer. It is only 10;30 a.m. and I have gone over 10,000 steps. Will have to see what I average for a few days and then will set a daily goal.0

My July goal is to average at least 10,000 steps per day. I also have a goal of 25 flights of stairs a day so will include that here.
I am very pleased with how well I am doing. My Fitbit and knowing I am going to post my daily results here really has caused me to find creative ways to get some steps in during work.
