Actually, yes, I do wear my pedometer 24/7!
The Polar Active tells me how active I've been in a day: Steps. Calories. How active I've been: Very easy (sitting) Easy (standing.) Moderate (walking). Vigorous (Jogging). Vigorous+ (Running). The main menu tells me the day, date, time and how active I've been. (It only counts Moderate, Vigorous and Vigorous+)
I wear it to bed, because when you take 24 hours, and subtract the time for Very Easy through Vigorous+, it's supposed to be how much you slept. If you toss and turn a lot, you aren't as rested, and it shows!0 -

This has bee a challenging week. Exercise time has disappeared in to work, trying to get a car fixed, having to buy a new washer, driving my youngest around... Vacation is next week! I see some long morning walks to get my step count up0
