Average for July is 10,134. I'm actually pleased with considering that I had two vacations, and last week noticed that my counter was not counting correctly.
I did not realize how much of a challenge vacation would be between days that I biked, walked on the beach with no counter or just sat and watched the waves.
I doubled check my step counter yesterday just to make sure and it is working fine.

This is funny. It was my New Balance that was missing steps several months ago and I bought a Sportline to compare/replace it. When I called New Balance - after some cajoling - they replaced my failed counter for free.0 -

I ended up being about 9,000 steps shy of my goal of 310,000 for the month Disappointing to close the month so close but I've had some personal issues this week that have taken up all of my time at night so I haven't made it out for a walk since Sunday... Now I just have extra determination to meet the 310,000 for August!0
