I can't believe we are at the end of July already!
My July goal was to average at least 10,000 steps per day. I made my goal. I also have a goal of 25 flights of stairs a day so will include that here.
I am very pleased with how well I am doing. My Fitbit and knowing I am going to post my daily results here really has caused me to find creative ways to get some steps in during work.
