its not what you eat ... its the portions you eat ... too much of anything can be bad for you yes ... with self-control you can eat whatever you want to eat and still lose weight

i have a HRM so whether i am walking or running ... i try to stay within my targeted heartrate ... otherwise for ME PERSONALLY it is a waste of time.

if you go to add food and enter AMC popcorn it give calories for S M L popcorn

the theaters here are AMC and there is a listing under add food for AMC popcorn ... i dont know what size you are eating but 1500 calories sound way off unless its an extra jumbo bucket.

i wouldnt log it as exercise ... but to each his own. by a peodmeter and count your steps.
