My OH says I suffer with it, and that I have terrible mood swings, I don`t take tablets and the last two weeks I have got up early to exercise before work and some at night. I`m feeling a lot better about myself, now the weather is better I am now going to a lunchtime walk away from the office. Striking the right exercise…

I tend to have salads with a dressing, smoothies, juices, make my own soup, yoghurt and fruit and take them to work. I`m also Gluten free so lunches are difficult for me but I cope and making your own stuff you can change it up regularly

I tend to juice for 7 days straight once in a while, whilst I do lose weight on it, I tend to do it because I have gone a stupidly eaten Gluten for a few weeks and its kills me with my IBS, and juicing for 7 days gets rid of all the symptoms quickly. However I do still have a juice every morning regardless as part of my…

I`m aiming for 100 miles

I agree stronglifts I do this programme at the minute and really enjoy it, machines are too restrictive and don't use the full muscle group.
-
I usually don`t eat breakfast I just generally make myself a fresh juice approx. 45mins after getting up, I am currently having breakfast as the tablets Im taking make me ill if I don`t eat on them and its still approx. 45mins after getting up.

I don`t do any classes, but I used to do spinning, pump and combat all has been superseded by running, cycling and strength training. Why not take a look at the ones that you like the sound of and try them out then pick the one you enjoyed most

Speak to your manager, can you listen to music in the office, if so switch it on and put your headphones on and drown her out. I do this a lot when I have lots of work I need to get done and it works rather well

I stopped drinking for over a year and then once I went on holiday began and didn`t stop so most weekends I am drinking, stopping again in Jan, so using dry Jan to kick start that back off.
-
I would agree with the above and sack your trainer. Look at your calories and intake and focus on that as that will help with a fair percentage of your weight loss. As for cardio, in the gym I tend to do about 20 mins on a treadmill/cross trainer and then focus on weights. I started the stronglifts programme as I hadn`t…

Oh yes and something that worked for me when I was sick, not all the time was making cola flat and drinking it. Don`t know why but was advised to do it by doc and 8/10 times worked, I still didn`t keep food down but kept some fluids in me.
-
I get migraines, now controlled on tablets. I still logged my food even though I keep nothing down, I didn`t ever find a trigger, but some people do.

Have B&W C5`s they are amazing in ear, I also have there P3`s and P7`s as well but they are on and over ear.
-
If you feel you can do it, try it. That`s what I find, if I feel I can do more I do and if I fail just take a step back and build up to it again
-
Make soups, can portion and freeze, omelettes, stir fry, fajitas

Try increasing your protein intake, this keeps you fuller for longer, and also check that you are at the correct cal intake for your height, age weight etc.

Welcome to MFP, cutting carbs doesn`t make for weight loss, use the information MFP has given you and you`ll succeed, just make sure you are honest with what you are eating and you`ll be fine, and a tip weight and measure everything.
-
I tend to weigh myself once a week, the same day, same time, which is generally after I have got up and been to the loo and undressed. I also measure myself and check this fortnightly, you have to remember weight loss isn`t linear either, and there are lots of factors that can effect your weight loss, ie TOM been one. I…

Ive got about 30lb to lose for my wedding in July next year, easy do-able. Increase exercise and weights. That's what I`m doing plus eating at a deficit.
-
I agree exercise, my lo is nearly 4 and trying to flatten my belly after an crash C-sect is difficult, I`m now on lots of cardio and weights to help, I`m taking before photos and photos once a month to see if I can see the difference oh and measurements, feel free to add me, I also have a fitbit as well.
