It's so hard though.. to lose fat effectively whilst building muscle. I'm just going to stay on 1200 cals for the time being, but how much does weight training help? I do weights 3 times a week.

hey :) Yes it's quite important :) I know that this may seem unhealthy but all the food in my calorie limit is healthy and of high nutritional value, and I'm making sure that I eat 500 cals worth of protein/day, as well as veges, fruit and dairy. Troll post? uh no,not at all. There are plenty of diets which recommend detox before starting a diet plan. 500 calories for 2 days... That should be okay

Get a healthy wholemeal/wholegrain bread roll at subway, then fill it with healthy meat, e.g. turkey, add cheese if you like, veges, but healthy dressings, e.g. honey mustard or something.. Dunno haven't been to Subway for ages. You could probably get a large, healthy salad with chicken or something... They have chicken…
