New Zealand's Whiittakers make excellent chocolate. They have a great range. Personal favourite is the White Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts, but they also do some interesting dark and milk varieties.

Makes sense to me, and sounds pretty normal. When you put the hard work in, and get results, you are rewarded for your hard work.
