Hi Guys
I was lazy enough to see this message after inserting my Goal for 5 weeks
Few days ago I could read it at the end of the page...instead of losing 5 Kg in 5 weeks it says you will lose 2.5 Km...???
Please tell me it wrong or even I did not understand it right
Thank you all

Please any simple English..Thank you all in advance0 -
By following this plan you will lose 1kg per week. 1kg per week = 5kg after 5 weeks. So yes you will lose 5kg after 5 weeks.
Website says it's 2.3kg. Looks to me that website is dumb with math.0 -
Eat ( at least ) three times a day .
Because when you eat only once a day , your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight ... you must eat ( the right things, of course)
• Eat low -fat , high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Test .
Well, one apple after 18:00
• Do not starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight , nor your health.
Hunger is the worst thing you can do in a weight loss diet .
• Try oatmeal instead of cereal for breakfast - eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels , and its high fiber content will keep you full longer .
What to drink for losing weight ...

It changes every day by the different food and exercise that you log. If you go over on calories it will give you less of a loss at the end of the 5 weeks. So one day could say by a certain date 5kg if you eat like this everyday, next day go over and it will say 3kg lost by a certain date.0

Also... just ignore the message.
Weight loss is never linear. One week you might lose 1kg. The next week you may lose .4kg. The following week you may lose 2kg. So there is no way to actually predict how much you will lose in X number of weeks because there are too many variables.0 -
