I make mine with all beans - no meat substitute - One can each of chick peas, kidney beans and haricot beans 2 cans chopped tomatoes 2 or 3 onions chopped and sauteed Fresh coriander/cilantro Cayenne pepper, loads of cumin and garlic 2 chilli peppers salt and pepper Chuck it all in and done!
