All you all make me want to punch you in your chakras. :)

Don't do it. I haven't read the replies to your post, but I dropped over 50 lbs two years ago, decided that I liked where I was at, took a "break", stress, vacation, excuse, excuse excuse, blah blah blah. Flash forward - up 28 lbs, back on my triglycerides medication, knees hurt, depressed. It's not a diet, IMO. I've seen…

44 and refocused. Feel free to add me!

The 4th wall is a theater reference regarding the breaking of the separation between the audience and the actors. In short, it was a way to say that I think your thumbnail image jumps off the screen. Specifically, I find your hair, eyes, and the hint we get of your figure quite attractive. Great job!

Attitude comes through the 4th wall thumbnail!

I'm in the same boat - maybe not 20 lbs, but I figure I'll weigh in about 15 lbs above my low. Let's get back on it!
-
I'm going to let it all clear my system and weigh in on New Years Eve, but I'm probably 10 pounds over my low - Thanksgiving blurred into Xmas, and I tore it up. It being chocolate and every other craving I had.

Sounds.....sexy. Count me in - my first challenge!

Similar stories - my EX was frigid AND insecure - quite the combination. However, even after "winning the lottery" and finding my WIFE (re:PARTNER in everything), I quit a second time because I simply wasn't doing it for myself - I was losing weight for my job. Long story short, was in the Navy - working LONG hours…

No... no.. You da man. :)

/Samuel L. Jackson on "ENGLISH MOTHER &*^*&^*&*& - DO YOU SPEAK IT????!!!!" /Samuel L. Jackson off I'm 5'10", Started in March at 265lbs, Now at 222. This absolutely works IF you are honest with yourself and get help when you need it. I've logged on for 160 consecutive days and ~120 of them have been "Good", 35 have been…

Very nice!

LOL that's fantastic. I would recommend a trip to the optometrist, though. Or maybe a sexuality therapist. JUST KIDDING, bud! GREAT WORK!
-
Ah!!!! The smile! It burns us! GREAT job! Enjoy YOU!
-
But most of all, THIS: You have to: 1. Be honest with yourself. 2. Log every meal, whether you like it or not. 3. Be honest in your logging. (Look back at my log - I'm not proud of that 4000 calorie day, but it's there.) 4. Read the FAQs again. They're at the top of the main board - they are VITAL to the success of this.…

Looking great! How tall are you?

The best thing about those pics is the smile on your face. Fantastic work - you OWN it. Thank you for the update and the motivation. Good luck catching Apollo Ono!

Ewww. You're right - no idea how many calories in drool.

Great work! YOU're doing great!!

Thanks everyone! So many new friends! WE GOT THIS!

I'm usually pretty mild mannered. That said, when someone decides to go down that road, I choose to interpret it as open season on ALL of their personal shortcomings. You should've seen the face on the "living at home with mommy, not getting any, stupid, insecure, broke-*kitten*, little hobbit f*c#", when I labelled him…

Also bumping for later. :) Just music thus far for my runs, but my wife and I have great discussions on our walks.
-
Fabulous! Can't wait 'til my wife and I look like that!
-
Pictures or it didn't happen. :) Just kidding - awesome work, man!
-
Stunning results - you look so much better! Especially the smile! Keep it up!

I'm pretty sure I'll set a new goal once I reach my first one. Then when I'm finally content with where my body is, I'll still log on just to keep myself honest. It is extremely easy for me to take in 3000+ calories in a day if I'm not watching it, and it's far to easy to keep on top of it with the smart phone apps. MFP…
