edited October 2024 in Success Stories
My story is mostly in my sig tag, but I thought I'd post these to inspire others who have 125 or more pounds to lose. In this case, I had lost 125 in the before and after photo. The single photo of me in the green dress is my current weight and 160 pounds lost. :flowerforyou:

I still have 100 to go but...hey...with you guys EVERYTHING is possible!!! Sending out the love  xoox Bevy:heart:

    Huh. Tried every

I don't know how flickr works so I can't tell if it is capable of showing the pix on MFP directly. The [ img ] tag has to surround a URL that points directly to a JPG image, not a web page. For example if you put your images on photobucket you would be able to refer to an image like this: [ img ]http://www.photobucket.com/blah/blah/my-success.JPG[ /img ] (you would have to take out the spaces in the brackets)

So it could be flickr, eh? I also tried <img> tags to no avail!!

Well everyone- I have to live by the "one day at a time" rule myself. I try to do the best I can, each day. I am addicted to food. No doubt about it. Hubby and I talked about it last night. It is so much more than just nourishment to us. It's comfort. It's fun. It's a hobby AND it's an addiction.

So like any 12 step program, I have to set some rules and basically it's one day at a time around here. I like to set goals but I try not to project. I am so happy to just get through a day (I have been slacking off and stalled for 3 months) sticking to the plan here on MFP. Even with a Band, I still have to be accountable for my food intake and out/exercise.

Just keep coming here, every day. Think of it as your AA meeting :) You get what I mean. We need each other to inspire and to share. I want anyone who feels the need to talk or reach out to do so. I'm here if anyone sincerely needs either a hug or a kick in da pants!

    much love,
    bevy
    xoxo
