well girl...to be honest, I just watch what i eat now...I try to not eat over 1200 calories a day except i let myself eat some of my calories back when I workout. I try to drink as much water as possible and absolutely no soda. I only had a cheat day usually once a week..and sometimes its only one meal of that day thats…

I am on Day 22 in a row...I love it! So far..I have lost about 5 pounds, not sure how many inches yet. I think it is an excellent workout, I have certainly noticed muscle definition and my strength building up..I would recommend anyone try it but make sure you are eating healthier and watching your portions...and drink…

I started the 30 day shred about 2 weeks ago, I really like it! I feel and see results! The really nice thing is that there are 3 different levels, usually your suppose to do 10 days per level...im on level 2 now. Besides each workout is only like 28 minutes long! Im personally on day 4 of the 30DS, I can feel the difference. It is tough but its also meant to be..its only like 28 minutes long. I really enjoy it though!! : )

Level 1 Day 2 is complete. Is anyone doing more additional workout then just this 30 day shred? Yea I never had them when i went through boot camp but for some reason now i do. Plastic shoe inserts dont sound too comfy lol but thanks for the advice!!

I never really thought about how i was running, is there really a certain way to run? I never really had a problem before with the pain until recently...sometimes it gets so tight that i just physically can not run anymore, it even hurts to walk.
