I only lost like 5 or 6 pounds but I lost 17.5"!0

I personally did not lose lbs. Maybe like 2lbs. But I did notice my clothes fit better, and I can see a difference in my arms, legs and stomach. It's hard not to get hung up on the scale, but there are other benefits to the shred!0

Make sure you are watching your diet...and be BRUTALLY honest about what and how much you are eating. And stay away from sports drinks unless you're going longer than 90 minutes. Oh...and have FUN!!!0

I have this and was thinking about starting it. I don't know anyone who actually does it for 30 days in a row though.0

The 30 Day Shred is designed to burn fat. You may not lose a ton of weight, but you will lose inches if you stick to it. Arms can tone up, thighs can shrink, tummy too. Take measurements before and after. It's well worth it! I try and do it with about 30 minutes of additional cardio.
Good luck!0 -
I am on Day 22 in a row...I love it! So far..I have lost about 5 pounds, not sure how many inches yet. I think it is an excellent workout, I have certainly noticed muscle definition and my strength building up..I would recommend anyone try it but make sure you are eating healthier and watching your portions...and drink looootts of water! : )0

I am staring level two tomorrow (and I haven't been doing it every day) and I am seeing big changes! Other people are noticing too! I went swimming with some friends and one girl told me I have ABs!!!! I was so excited!0

I definitely saw results in terms of muscle definition! Totally worth it in my opinion. I never had visible pecs/biceps before.0

I did it, not every day, but I got through it. I only lost about 6 pounds, but I lost 9 inches. There is a lot of muscle definition I didn't see before and a lot of people are finally noticing the changes...it was like the 15 lbs I lost before didn't show, but 30 days of Jillian did! I am planning to go again with it after my vacation later this summer. Good luck!0

I am on level 2 day 2 and i am more sore than anything. It is hard! I lost 2 lbs the first week and i dont think i lost anything this week. My arms and legs are getting hard and my stomach is flattening out. I am feeling weak but strong. I think i need more rest days.0

I'm on day four. I started it before and took a break on the third day. It whooped me so hard I had to take a break. This time around I can feel my stamina building. I am losing weight, but I'm not sure if it is the 30ds or not, my legs already look thinner. Speaking of which I need to start my workout now. Good luck, I think you will enjoy it once you make it past the third day.0
