30-40 miles of running in? Wow that's so inspirational! Ive emailed the lady who runs the group and am hopefully joining them next Thursday :) really looking forward to it now!

Thank you for the responses and advice! I think I will try and include it into my allowance for the day! I am 179lbs trying to go down to my pre pregnancy weight of about 125/130.

I think it's a mix of walking, jogging, plus other exercises over the space of an hour. I suppose it would get us out of the house at least and get me active!

I'm also on 1200 calories a day. Have tried it before with no luck but this time have actually looked into what foods I should be eating to keep me fuller for longer. Alas, this week is a success and I'm not hungry :) feel free to add me x

I'm maggie, 27 and from the uk! Looking to lose about 60 pounds as since having my little girl last year, I seem to have piled on the weight! Never felt this determined before to lose weight. Would love some friends on here to encourage me when I'm struggling (and hopefully I can return the favour) add me :) x
