Confused! Stones and KG to pounds?!?
I've always weighed myself in stones. Weighed myself today on one of those machines at the pharmacy. It gave me the figure in two forms. 11.12 stone and 75.5 kg. Question about cheat meal.
I've had a great week this week and haven't messed up once, however can feel myself craving something.. (Mainly KFC chicken) haha. How many calories do i burn..? Help!!
I do two evenings a week as a waitress in a very busy restaurant, usually 6-7 hour shifts. According to a website i found, a 155lb waitress would burn roughly 93 calories every half an hour. Has anyone heard/tried this. What with having a 5 month old baby and a partner who works 15 hour days 6 days a week, i dont really have the option of going to a gym anymore or even a jog outside. Am looking for something to do at home and this seems to have lots of good videos, just wondering if anyone has tried it?
