I do two evenings a week as a waitress in a very busy restaurant, usually 6-7 hour shifts. According to a website i found, a 155lb waitress would burn roughly 93 calories every half an hour. Does this sound about accurate?#
Its very tiring work, the kitchen is upstairs with no food lift so i run up and down those atleast 150 times a shift. I dont want to put my lifestyle as active as i only work these 2 days a week, the rest of the week im only lightly active as i take care of my daughter. Not sure whether to record it as calories burned or not?
Any help would be appreciated

I wouldn't count it as exercise, but I only count intentional exercise. Just use that as a bonus since you don't want to switch your activity level.0

i would just add a couple of hours walking on the days you work to account for the extra activity.0

This is part of your normal routine, don't count it.0
