  • I really love Alive Women's multi + energy. So many fruits and veggies and essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants!
  • Mio has Suclarose in it which unfortunately is another word for sugar. Plus it also has preservatives and artificial colors. Nothing natural about it.
  • Stash makes a wonderful Mango Coconut Oolong tea. I have it with about a half teaspoon of coconut oil melted in. Keeps you regular and wonderfully energized. I take it after breakfast!
  • I'm simply making a suggestion and letting them decide what works for them. What works for you may not work for them.
  • I was overjoyed when my fit foods opened in our area, but I gotta say there's something fishy about them. I started eating meals on the regular there and they all eerily tasted almost exactly the same. Regardless if it was the salmon or the enchiladas. Plus it is very very pricey. I would say this is a good option if you…

I recommend a piece of literature called "The 21 Day Sugar Detox" by: Dianne Sanfillippo. I've heard wonderful success from this. If you have to do colas go regular, or try to find a throwback version that has actual sugar. Studies also find that diet soda makes it easier for individuals to gain weight. Good luck.
  • KIND bars are wonderful! at walmart you can get them for about $1.25 or so. They are in the pharmacy section. Or, Baby-bel cheeses are good too. Also I have got to be the Mayor of Realville here for a second and say neither gatorade or soda is good for you in any way. Gatorade has tons of sugar and soda has a ph level…
  • Hi There! Nothing to freak out over! It can be a number of things. First possibly a shock to the system. If you had been eating excess of calories for a long period and then just change like that, your body might be confused. But in my opinion, if you have been drinking a lot of water, your body is flushing itself of…
  • I have a Polar FT4 and I LOVE IT! It is a watch/chest strap combo, but this is necessary for accurate heart rate measurement. Also if you are a gym goer, The polar syncs up with a lot of the machines at my gym so I don't have to keep looking at my watch. I got mine for $85. You input all your data and it also keeps…
