I'd recommend getting a membership to the cheapest gym around you and using the elliptical trainer. It's very low impact (less so than a treadmill) and you can burn more calories in less time.

I recognize that I probably eat too much fat, but I always meet my calorie goal. I feel like if I ate less fat, I'd feel less satisfied. It's all about moderation, though! In my opinion, eating fast food occasionally isn't going to hurt you. Just make sure you log it into your daily calories. If you find moderation is hard, buy serving-size packages of whatever food you desire or go out to get it and throw away the leftovers once you're done eating it. I…

I find that elliptical trainers is very low impact, does aggravate your knees; plus you can burn calories at a higher rate than on a stationary bike.
