i have a food scale that i use

everything that i put in is the same and i even played with it with different options and the most calories it set me at was 1370

it says for 3 meatballs (64g) its 130 calories with 480mg of sodium

Yes im very confused :/ i just want to do it right. Im counting calories as well. I am aiming to eat around 1800-1900 calories im weight about 208 and am 5'3. When i use the containers i fill 2 of the red containers and empty them into a bag andd use my food scale and i do believe they come out to 10 oz together ? Idk why…

I think 5 hundred and something verses 400 is a big difference.. My range for my calories on the 21 day fix is 1800-2099

Okay yeah no I don't expect to fixed in 21 days lose a few pounds sure but not expecting a miracle . Well that doesn't seem that great . Does know of any books or websites that can tell me how many calories and what kind of foods and how much of them I should eat to lose weight and fat ?

it only took me about 6 months to put it all on actually.. thank you i dont eat much but its what i eat thats the problem .. also being hungry all the time sucks

ive only tracked on mfp once but typically i walk uphill at a semi fast pace for about 30 to 45 minutes then jog for 10 to 15 and when i get home ill do some squats and pushups . ill make sure to look up how many calories it is to maintain my goal weight thank youu

thank you all ! all your advice is helpful. i figured i was eating too little i was just told that i had to eat no more than 1200 calories if i wanted to lose weight along with exercise . i try and workout at least 5 times a week. so im going to up my calories thank you guys !

i know water weighs but ppl say that you lose the water weight and it stays off which i dont think is the case.. sometimes i think you should count water weight because you will always carry some water weight. i dont know

i dont think losing the urge for your significant other means you dont love them anymore or that its ONLY lust and theres no love..i mean yes there are those fellas that as soon as their women gain weight they run and dont look back now those i think are shallow. but my partner instead or running hes helping me through it…

ive been told many timea that water weight doesnt exist by doctors, trainers, relatives ..or you lose the water weight yet it comes back as soon as you drink liquids so its not really any weight lost

i put on the weight by simply eating unhealthy we were tight on money and it was just cheaper for us to buy fast food than it was to buy food for everyday. plus i didnt work out. which i think is the biggest problem for me . i do have the slim in 6 by debbie but i dont have the weights or bands ao im not sure if it will…

I just started slim in 6 today and oh my gosh my body is aching ! I rarely ever work out so it was very hard for me , plus i felt a bit uncoordinated lol . I just started so anyonefeel free to add me and we can comoare results :)

i dont plan on buying anything from them im good off buying those nasty shakes . they just have a customizable healthy meal plan that id like to follow. im not expecting a huge difference in two weeks but i just wanted to know if low carb diets in general are good for helping you lose your weight like i said not super fast…
