so we have recently discovered aidells meatballs . we went to costco and tried the teriyaki and pineapple meatballs they were really good!

my question is im trying to lose weight im around 200 pounds and i meal prep here and there. i want ro switch uo the protein i use so would including the meatballs be a bad idea? it says the serving size is 3 meatballs and we usually eat 2 servings. is there a happy medium ? i love these and would like to jnckide them in my diet

I would get a food scale and weigh out the servings, not rely on the 3 meatballs being one serving.

What's the calorie count for 3 meatballs, I use turkey meatballs and the count is for 3, 160

It's only a bad idea if you can't make them fit into your daily calorie goal. As @elphie754 points out, the individual meatballs will not all weigh the same. So use a food scale so that you can know with certainty how many calories you're getting from 2 vs. 3 of them.

They're fine. I find that brand and Bilinkski's tend to weigh more than the package says. I would weigh them.

They're really good, I see them at CostCo all the time but don't need the massive packs. Fit them into your cals and enjoy.

Those chicken meatballs are awesome! We can't decide for you to do 1 serving or 1.5 or 2. It all depends on your calorie needs, what else is on your dinner plate, and so on. There is nothing wrong with 2 servings of meatballs if it fits !
