  • If you are addicted to sugar, try Samantha Taylor's program for getting off sugar. (I think you can google Samantha Taylor Sugar Addiction Specialist). I think I paid 30-40 dollars last January for some downloads. It can be hard to break the addiction, but she has some good motiviational tools to help you do it.
