Weakness for sweets

Hi My name is Charlene my weight, height,and age 32 5'4 160 I use to weigh 145. All want to do is lost 15 pounds but is been really hard cause I have a weakness for sweet and carbs lol. Please any suggestion.:smile:

    i know exactly how you feel. I want to drop 40lbs and have always struggled with it because of sweets. I'm only on day 3 but something thats working at the moment is only one serving of everything. I get my sweet fix without overdoing it. you could try that to start

    If you are addicted to sugar, try Samantha Taylor's program for getting off sugar. (I think you can google Samantha Taylor Sugar Addiction Specialist).
    I think I paid 30-40 dollars last January for some downloads. It can be hard to break the addiction, but she has some good motiviational tools to help you do it.

    A fruit smoothie,peanut butter,or a chocolate protein shake usually work for me. Which I usually suggest to others and that usually help them as well. Your getting in some healthy stuff while not feeling guilty,but careful on the peanut butter its delicious but don't make the same mistake I did ate the whole jar.
