I am going to try to log 30 minutes minimum of exercise a day. Dusted off 10 Minute Trainer today. I get easily bored and like change. I love circuit training. Let's do this!0 -

1/31 - my 41st birthday!
My goal for 2014 is to exercise at least 30 mins every day, whether it's a leisurely stroll or the treadmill. I need to get this weight off. It's starting to affect my joints and health.

What a great idea! I just lost 8 lbs in December thanks to MFP. It was 10, but just gained 2 back over Christmas and New Year's. Would love to join you all for the January 5 lb challenge.

Exercise goal for month: core conditioning and swimming to strengthen my back so that I can be more active in general. (Gained weight due to inactivity because of a pinched nerve/herniated disc . Already feeling much more active and I love it!)0 -

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight?
My goal is to start running again! So far I can run 2 miles with a few short walking breaks in-between. I also want to stick with yoga -- it has been very helpful for my lower back pain and in improving general feeling of wellnessI want to avoid sudden weight loss, because I always seem to gain the weight right back, and then some
My focus is becoming truly healthy and active, and the rest will come! Good luck to all! Happy 2014!

I'm a dancer, dance teacher and gymnast and I have a show on the 7th of February where I'm wearing very little. I'm pushing myself to get to my goal of fat loss for the show. I'm going on to muscle-gain when that's over. I want to be stronger but I want to *look* stronger with it, so that'll be fun.
