I will be doing the 30 day shred dvd hopefully everyday this month. Then the next month I will try a new one and same with the months after that.

Hi guys! I'm a newbie as well, this is actually my very first post. I've lost 25 pounds in the last year (my heaviest was190 and I'm 5'7). I've slacked off pretty bad in the last 3 months and gained 5 pounds back hopefully MFP can help me get back on track to lose the rest. I would like to lose 5 lbs each month until I reach my goal

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I've slacked off on my exercise consistency but hopefully I can get back on track, my plan right now is to do 2 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training a week for a total of 4 days of exercise per week.0 -
I'm in! I weigh on Saturday mornings so will weigh this coming Saturday and use last Saturday as my starting weight. Christmas season was full of food!

I'm starting again after what has been a truly horrific 2013 where the diet went out the window. The goal is to just to be healthier and fitter by the end of the year0 -
I'm in! My starting weight this month is 148.8 and my goal is 143. I will be doing 30DS and maybe some Rin30, with some intermittent cardio days (hopefully). Since I am getting back on the bandwagon my focus is to get back in the habit of logging my meals and being accountable.0

@aschroeder2749 - I am with you there on the fluctuation! Makes me all grrr...but gets me moving, for sure! I've been "hovering" for about 6 months on either side of the 150 mark - and would like to step on the scale at the beginning/end of the week and have it just say the same thing for once. Maintenance, for some reason, is way harder for me than losing!0 -

What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? Completing another century bike ride with my husband. We typically do one a year (ended up breaking my collar bone last year). I'm gearing up towards that by biking to work when the weather improves0
