Stephanie 30 years old 5'2. I have two little girls 3 and 10 months. I'm looking to eventually get back down to 125. I'm trying to get my diet squared away then get back in to exercising again. Although chasing around children is quite the exercise in itself.... leaves me exhausted at the end of the day. Anybody with the same stats as me feel free to add me. I like to meet others who are in my same boat Good LUck everyone!!!

My major exercise goal for 2014 is to run/jog a 5k (the color run) without stopping or walking!!! Also to get down to a 15 min mile I know that's still a lot but its a start for me.0 -

I have paid for an entry in the Maui Marathon in September. This would be my first (and probably only) full marathon. The consistent training and fitness level needed for this should drive my weight back down about 30 pounds.0 -

My goal for January is to complete t25 alpha according to schedule, stick with my diet plan (net 1200 calories ) and not have any booze for 30 days (currently on day 4) My biggest challenges are having the motivation to work out after a long work day and sticking to my diet on the weekends. Not having wine is also difficult for me0 -

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I want to shoot for at least 5000 steps per day (hopefully more.) I will get up every class period for at least 10 minutes and walk. I will take a longer route to & from the cafeteria and other places on campus. I will not just chill out on the couch at night either.

Update 1/9/14: Been getting days over 5000 steps and days under. Doing better now that we are back at school. Been REALLY COLD here (like everywhere else in the country) so haven't got a lot of exercise and haven't felt the best the last couple of days. :sick: I know EXCUSES! EXCUSES! I have been doing a lot of extra work but just not moving a lot doing it. Last night while folding clothes I was walking around folding them and DH asked me what I was doing and I told him getting my steps in for the day. He laughed. :laugh:0 -

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My main exercise goal is to be able to run a 5k in May. We are in the dead of winter so I won't start running until March. I think that it will help my weight. It will be one more way for me to burn calories and stay on track.

I restarted after the holidays. Started on January 2nd. Weighed in today and lost 3 pounds. I am very motivated to succeed this time. Would like to lose 20 pounds in order to be within a healthy BMI. Logging is the key and I will use this as my primary daily goal. Good luck to everyone!:laugh:0

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My big/long term goal is to get to a 10 minute mile; I'm currently at an average pace of 18:47. I've never been that fast (well not since high school and that was a long long long time ago). I'm breaking it down into smaller mini goals. My first goal is to get into the 15's. It will take me awhile because I need to lose a bit of weight before I start actually running. But a couple years ago, I was in the 14's. So I know I can do this.0 -
