Well, it doesn't look like I'll be losing any weight before I leave for Mexico on Saturday. :laugh: No worries. As long as I can maintain over the weekend and not come back heavier I'll be okay. I know how to play this game. Eat at a moderate deficit for the next few days (500 calorie +), then any surplus I have the five days I'm on vacay should be absorbed. Luckily, I expect to be pretty active and vow to drink mostly mojitos instead of margaritas.:drinker:
I will stay in this challenge because I like being liable, but If I can drop to 128 lbs I will be happy.

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight?
- My goal really isn't necessarily exercise oriented. My husband just lost 37lbs in a little over 3 months just by eating less calories, drinking A LOT more water, and by cutting his soda consumption by 99%. My goal is to weigh less than him. He's 6'2 and 182lbs. I'm 5'3 and 182.6lbs. That's not right! His getting healthy and losing weight during the time that I "dropped out" made me realize that I needed to get back on the wagon. I'm embarrassed by the fact that we weigh the same and he's about a foot taller than me! Yes, exercise is going to be in my regimen, but I really need to get back to logging what I eat.
We can do this! I can't wait to see everyone's results!

I can't believe I lost any weight this week. I overate so badly on Saturday my stomach hurt for half the night and I hardly got any sleep. Too much food, too rich. I'm not used to it any more. I'm doing better now.

Stephanie 30 years old 5'2. I have two little girls 3 and 10 months. I'm looking to eventually get back down to 125. I'm trying to get my diet squared away then get back in to exercising again. Although chasing around children is quite the exercise in itself.... leaves me exhausted at the end of the day. Anybody with the same stats as me feel free to add me. My major exercise goal for 2014 is to run/jog a 5k (the color run) without stopping or walking!!! Also to get down to a 15 min mile I know that's still a lot but its a start for me.0 -

I have paid for an entry in the Maui Marathon in September. This would be my first (and probably only) full marathon. The consistent training and fitness level needed for this should drive my weight back down about 30 pounds.0 -

My goal for January is to complete t25 alpha according to schedule, stick with my diet plan (net 1200 calories ) and not have any booze for 30 days (currently on day 4) My biggest challenges are having the motivation to work out after a long work day and sticking to my diet on the weekends. Not having wine is also difficult for me0 -
