    January Loss: 2.1 kg = 4.6 lbs - Almost did it! Yesterday I was 80.1.....

    Despite some slow weeks - I did it! I owe my success to the motivation I got from new friends on this challenge. They helped me get through the frustration, encouraged me to meet all my exercise goals, and kept my head in the game. THANK YOU!!!

    I'm back in February with just a few more to lose - and lots more miles to cover on my bike before I am ready for the road. It's not over yet!
