I am not losing weight, but gaining grrr! I joined a gym and exercise 1 hr. I have not missed a day at the gym in the last 6 days. I am eating more than I usually do, so basically I am eating back the calories I am burning. From now on, I will drink tea to fill me up and stop doing that so I can lose some weight. Just crappy feeling but at least I am telling you how it is for me not losing. I have it on good authority from fellow MFP friends who are being successful losing weight, not to stress about this weight gain because I am working out this is probably water retention. If my weight drops tomorrow morning then I will update my post here. (I am wishing and hoping and drinking lots of tea!)0 -

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My goal is to simply stick to excercising continually. In combination with healthy eating it should finally help me loose the last 10-12 kilos.0 -
