Checking in from the beach, where due to my low WBC, I hav ever to mask up everywhere I go. I still feel great and have energy so we walked almost 3 miles yesterday. Craving chocolate and indulging since I am on vacation. Will get back to my low carb menu and routine next week. Will attempt some bodyweight strength optionsโฆ

174.5 yesterday and today. My sister is here for a visit so having our traditional summer family dinner tonight. Grilled chicken (mom's marinade), german potato salad and corn on the cob. Skipping the big chocolate cake in favor of slice strawberries. Walked almost 3 miles yesterday. Would like to add some strengthโฆ

Felt better yesterday and back to 100% today. Scale at 174 this morning. Very productive day with washing our camper, finishing laundry and getting my garden plot ready for planting tomorrow. @Kupla71 so sorry about having to evacuate with your cat, definitely scary.

173 yesterday, forgot to weigh today. Somewhat tired but getting back into a little routine. Grocery shopping, laundry and a walk. Would like to plant some tomatoes and do a longer walk tomorrow.

Going home today ๐ They serve really carb heavy meals here and they keep saying eat all you like but the past couple days I started to cut back. Something the other night didn't agree with me and I had heartburn all day yesterday. Treatment went very well and I feel great. Repeating this process in June and July. Thanksโฆ

I get to go home Thursday instead of Friday ๐ Got in about a mile a day Sun/Mon walking the halls (BORING), sleep is inconsistent but will get better. We bought a used elliptical from a friend recently and hubby set it up for me. I found an online user manual so looking forward to trying it out this weekend. I will goโฆ

173.5 today after a 5 mile walk in NYC yesterday (medical appt). Had a few hours to kill before my train home so I walked around and saw some of my favorites places. No weigh ins for the next week as I'm starting treatment this afternoon. Will still check in daily as I love this group! Have a great weekend all ๐

A smoldering heath issue has become active to my commitment to the Murph challenge has to end. I'm still staying active but need my focus elsewhere for now. Did get in a walk and some gardening yesterday.

May will be an activity challenge for me. Need to ramp up for my trainer's annual Murph event end of the month. Started this week with 2 sets of 30 squats, 2 sets of 20 modified pushups and 1 set of 10 lat pull downs. Need to get to 10 sets of each by Memorial Day. Back from vacation and ready to get back on track. I fully indulged while away knowing we would be walking 12-14k steps per day. I do get a lot of inflammation from flying so it may take a few days for the scale to adjust. My sister in law made a delicious Easter dinner but way too much food LOL. Definitely walking outsideโฆ
