Yup, I went from 100+ to 75 kilos and get the skeleton comments from people around me pretty often. My wife won't let me go lower :blush: Even now I still have some fat around my belly (hopefully some of it is excess skin too), after some months of maintaining I'm currently attempting recomp/very slow bulk - still eating…

hi, we're almost exactly the same. After maintaining at 75 for almost half a year a recently started cross-fit twice/thrice a week (targeting core and arms), it appears I managed to gain a kilo in about a month (down .2%BF with the weight gain) wanna be friends? :)
